4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you experience technical issues, we encourage you to contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly. Refunds will not be granted for temporary service interruptions or minor technical errors.
