2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- Once cancelled, access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial-month cancellations are allowed.
3. Refund Policy
- All subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- No refunds will be provided for partial usage periods.
- Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Custom development services, setup fees, domain registrations, hosting services, and third-party integrations are strictly non-refundable once delivered or activated.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate or failed transactions, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received on time or if the user violates our Terms & Conditions.
